This 53 year old female received a bilateral breasat augmentaion at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. She was bothered by her sagging breasts and desired more volume. This procedure was performed by one of our Washington Univeristy Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. photos were taken 4 months after surgery.
