This 64-year-old female underwent a bilateral breast reduction at West County Plastic Surgeons of Washington University in St. Louis, MO. She was bothered by asymmetry, back and neck pain, as well as shoulder grooving and occasional rashes on the undersurface of her breasts for many years due to their size. Her bra size was 40/42 DDD.
