This 22-year-old patient undergone bilateral gender affirming top surgery with mastectomies and inferior pedicle repositioning of nipple-areolar complex at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. This procedure was performed by one of our Washington University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. After photos were taken 1 month post-surgery.
