This 21-year-old patient has undergone bilateral gender affirming top surgery with subcutaneous mastectomies and free nipple graft, along with the placement of a Prevena incisional wound VAC at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. This procedure was performed by one of our Washington University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. After photos were taken 3 months post-surgery.
