This 32-year-old female received bilateral breast augmentation and a breast lift at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. She was concerned about the loss of volume in her breasts after massive weight loss and desired a fuller, lifted shape. The procedure was performed by one of our Washington University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. The after photos were taken 1 year post-surgery.
