This 51-year-old woman underwent a bilateral breast reduction and liposuction of the lateral chest at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. She was bothered by her heavy breasts and significant back pain, as well as strain and concerns with her neck, shoulders, and SI joint. The procedure was performed by one of our Washington University board-certified plastic surgeons. After photos were taken seven months post-surgery.
