This 41-year-old female underwent a bilateral breast reduction at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO, due to concerns about her breast size and their heaviness. The procedure was performed by one of our Washington University board-certified plastic surgeons. After photos were taken 17 months post-surgery.
