This 25-year-old female received a bilateral breast reduction at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. She had a long history of experiencing back pain, neck pain, shoulder grooving, and occasional rashes at the undersurface of the breast due to her large breast. This procedure was performed by one of our Washington University Plastic Surgeons.
