This 69 year old female received a lower facelift, necklift with platysmaplasty, lip lift and fat transfer to the face at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis MO. She was bothered by the changes caused by aging to her lower face and neck, and disliked her jowles. This procedure was performed by one of our Washington University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. Her after photos were taken one month post surgery.
