This 48 year old female received a facelift, necklift, and a platysmaplasty at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. Patient was bothered by her jawline and sagging skin on her neck. This procedue was performed by one of our Washington university Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. After photos were taken 7 month post surgery.
