This 18-year-old patient received bilateral gender affirming top surgery with subcutaneous mastectomies and inferior pedicle at West County Plastic Surgeons in St. Louis, MO. This patient had been interested in top surgery for many years and had a lot of dysphoria around the breasts. This procedure was performed by one of our Washington University Board Certified Plastic Surgeons. After photos were taken 3.5 months post-surgery.
